Students are required to complete all reading material in advance of each class.

Chapter questions will be answered in class as a group, using a computer program, (also accessible once the course is complete), student and instructor will discuss the rationale of the answers.

once the student has completed the 12 learning sessions the student is require to take a 4 Hour pretest exam which concludes the 40 hour pre-license course   The pre-test is  scheduled in advance with the instructor and held at the Reis Real Estate School.
