Pre-License Real Estate Sales Person Course:

The course is designed so that the student will manage their learning objective at a pace that is comfortable to the student. 

The student is required to read chapter material  BEFORE each learning session. 

The student and instructor will discuss the questions to each chapter and the rationale

using a computer program.  This program is available to the student once the course is complete to assist in preparing for the state exam.

The questions play an important roll in passing the state exam.  If the student is not prepared to answer "trick" questions, or  look for "trick" questions, the state exam can be fail for the most prepared student.
